Keshet is hiring an experienced Backend BI Developer to join our Data team!

What you’ll be doing:

Designing, building, and optimizing complex ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple data sources.
Developing and deploying end-to-end BI solutions — from data modeling to smart dashboards.
Translating business needs into scalable data products that drive strategic and operational decisions.
Monitoring system performance to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and availability.

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Backend BI Developer.
Expert-level SQL and Python skills, with experience in Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
Proficiency in Airflow
Strong background in Data Warehouses (especially Snowflake) and scalable data modeling.
Proven expertise in ETL/ELT processes and pipeline optimization.
Product analysis experience and a data-driven mindset.
Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
Experience with SQL Server; Performance Tuning is a strong advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
