As an Automation Engineer, you will play a vital role in our development team, focusing on creating, enhancing, and maintaining automation systems for complex projects. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure the seamless integration of automation processes across various platforms and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration in planning and implementing a new and extensive infrastructure for all automation processes.
- Develop, create, and maintain scripts and programs to automate a wide range of processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues within existing automation systems, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
- Optimize workflows and enhance existing automation programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and execute manual test cases to validate software functionality.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to uphold system quality standards throughout the automation lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of proven experience as an Automation Engineer.
- Proficiency in software development using languages such as Java.
- Strong command of popular automation tools like Selenium and Appium.
- Experience with automation for native applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Preferred Skills (Advantageous):
- Experience with mobile proxy tools such as Charles Proxy or mitmproxy.
- Familiarity with automation for Smart TVs.
