Mako is looking for Head of Business Analyst to lead our growing team. 

We are looking for an incredibly talented and passionate individual who is deeply skilled in transforming raw data into valuable data-driven decisions for our organization.

As our Head of Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us uncover opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and drive us to the next level of success. 

You will lead, coach, mentor, and guide a team of data analysts, as well as collaborate closely with cross-functional team leaders to improve business.

We’re looking for a leader with great analytical skills, the ability to tell a story through data, problem solving abilities, an eye for details and great communication abilities.

 Your Impact & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a central focal point in the organization, making changes, and working with internal and external organizational interfaces. 

• Be a key part of strategic decisions across the organization. 

• Lead, coach, mentor, and guide a team of data analysts.

• Lead cross-organizational processes to improve business results and best practices throughout the company. 

• Develop and implement analytics strategies and best practices across the organization. 

• Evaluate and improve business KPIs through data and support organizational changes with data. 

• Translate product and business needs into data questions. 

• Initiate potential value for product improvements, features, and other initiatives based on data. 

• Work closely with teams across the company to uncover opportunities and provide insights that will inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions.
