Keshet Media Group is looking for an outstanding engineering hands-on team leader with strong technical abilities and experience to lead a development team

Managing and mentoring a team of full stack engineers. Effective management of team goals and objectives, accurate work estimations and frequent deliveries within agreed deadlines

What You’ll Be Doing?

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET, Angular , NestJS, and modern web technologies.
Optimize databases (MS SQL/NoSQL) and implement cloud-based solutions on Azure or AWS.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, with a focus on automation and efficient deployments.
Write clean, maintainable code, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
Lead and mentor the development team, fostering growth and ensuring high performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Facilitate Agile processes (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups) and deliver projects on time.
Drive critical architectural and design decisions while promoting continuous improvement within the team.

What We’re Looking For?

2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
4+ years of professional experience in software development with expertise in .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, and Web API/REST.
4+ years of experience working with MS SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Angular, including expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript.
Proven expertise in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with advanced knowledge of CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure; experience with AWS is a plus.
Advanced understanding of Iterative Development methodologies.
Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in stakeholder management.

Nice-to-Have

Proven experience managing end-to-end software development lifecycles in both backend and frontend systems.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to architect and implement scalable, cloud-based solutions.
Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
