System Administrator

Keshet Group is seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage the organization’s systems and automation, including process improvement, automation implementation, and troubleshooting complex issues across various work environments.

The role includes providing professional support to different departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Advanced technical support for organizational departments, including identifying and resolving complex infrastructure issues.
  • Management, maintenance, and automation of IT systems using PowerShell.
  • User, permissions, and identity management in Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), supporting user access management.
  • Operation, management, and updates of OneDrive and SharePoint, including permission management and secure file sharing.
  • Defining policies and controls using GPO, managing endpoints, and maintaining security policies and user settings.
  • Server environment maintenance, including upgrades, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Implementing BigFix solutions for endpoint management and updates.
  • Implementing open-source IT solutions and automating processes.
  • Managing backup systems, disaster recovery (DR), and data recovery solutions.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator in a large organization.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, including writing complex scripts for automation.
  • Experience with Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for identity and permissions management.
  • In-depth understanding of OneDrive and SharePoint for file management and sharing.
  • Experience with policy management and GPO implementation.
  • Familiarity with BigFix for system and endpoint management.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructures, including communication and information security.
  • Experience with VMware virtualization systems – an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach and quick learning ability.
