The position involves in-depth analysis of workflows, business logic, and technical infrastructure of the current system. The Systems Analyst will act as a bridge between the existing system and future needs, ensuring the new CMS is robust, user-friendly, scalable, and tailored to meet the needs of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of workflows, business logic, and technical infrastructure of the existing CMS, identifying limitations and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Content, Development, Product) to deeply understand current and future needs and requirements.
- Map all workflows and dependencies to ensure a seamless transition to the new system.
- Research and evaluate modern CMS functionalities and recommend features that enhance system efficiency and usability.
- Develop a detailed Product Requirements Document (PRD), including technical specifications, workflows, and user requirements for the new CMS.
- Provide actionable recommendations for integrating advanced functionalities while aligning with existing infrastructure.
- Serve as a central liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Support development teams during the planning, development, and implementation phases, ensuring precise execution of requirements and processes.
- Ensure the new system is scalable, secure, and future-ready by understanding the technical environment and proposing innovative solutions.
