Keshet International a global company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Operations Manager.

This is a key role supporting senior management and day-to-day operations in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Personal assistant to the CEO, including calendar and meeting management
  • Coordinating meetings and schedules for senior executives
  • Handling travel arrangements: flights, accommodation, transportation
  • Managing and maintaining the company’s travel procedures
  • Supporting finance and legal processes as needed
  • Assisting the sales team, including work with CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Collaborating with other executive assistants across departments
  • Providing administrative support to both local and global teams
  • Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and clients
  • Supporting marketing operations, including events and conferences

Requirements:

  • Full professional fluency in English – verbal and written
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Priority – an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong problem-solver
