Keshet Media Group is looking for a highly talented Full Stack Team Lead to manage our full stack developers team, work cross-functionally between departments and set the technical & cultural tone for the team.

In this role you will lead a team of full stack developers developing internal products and QA.

You will work closely with the project manager to define, plan, and execute new features and technical aspects of our products.

Our ideal candidate is a senior hands-on technology leader with a passion for creating great products, loves getting things done and is a collaborative team player.

Key Responsibilities:

Senior hands-on technology leader
Lead a team of full-stack developers and DevOps as the direct manager
Act as the team scrum master
Lead the technical aspects of the team (design, architecture, code reviews, etc.)
Make sure that your team is up-to-date regarding the relevant technological advances, both in Keshet and the industry

Requirements:

At least 5 years of hands-on full-stack web development experience
Must know: .NET Framework , ASP. Net, C#, Web API/REST, NodeJs, MS SQL, NoSQL such as MongoDb, Angular CLI, HTML, SCSS, JavaScript , Azure DevOps
At least 3+ years leading software development teams, growing and mentoring engineers
Strong communication skills and excellent team work
Ability to work in a flexible, agile, environment on a variety of subjects and technologies
Working with CI/CD tools – advantage
Working with WinForms is an advantage
