Keshet International is looking for an Executive Assistant and Operations manager.
Responsibilities:
- PA to CEO & COO
- Manage and schedule meetings for senior executives
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- In charge of the company's travel procedure
- Working closely with finance and legal departments
- Supporting the sales team, including working with a CRM System (Salesforce)
- Working with other administrate assistants of senior level executives
- Administrative support to company’s local and global offices
- Working with suppliers and clients
- Supporting the marketing team with organizing events and conferences
