The Information Security Specialist is responsible for the implementation, operation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's information security products, with a focus on protecting the organization's networks and infrastructure.
The role combines hands-on operation of advanced security solutions with handling malfunctions, hardening systems, identifying security gaps, designing secure architecture, and evaluating and integrating new technologies to continuously strengthen the organization's security posture.
What you’ll do
• Operate and maintain cybersecurity products, including Endpoint Security, Firewalls, IPS, DLP, and access control.
• Manage and harden information security systems.
• Implement and manage network micro-segmentation.
• Manage WAF and API protection.
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Manage the email security vector - SPF and DKIM - including CDR and SEG solutions.
• Manage secure browsing solutions.
• Characterize, design, and build secure architectures based on defense-in-depth principles.
• Identify information security gaps and drive their remediation.
• Implement new technologies across the cybersecurity and networking domains.
• Collaborate with IT support and infrastructure teams on ongoing support and project work.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance network protection.
What we’re looking for
• 2-3 years of experience as an information security implementer, specializing in network security.
• Deep knowledge of network topologies and information security products (firewall management).
• Experience implementing and operating network security products in a large organization.
• Understanding of network communication and information-security architecture across the full OSI stack.
• Ability to characterize and build a secure architecture topology.
• Relevant certifications - an advantage: CCNA (a solid foundation), CompTIA Security+, FortiGate (NSE), and Azure Security.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal communication.
• Strong self-learning ability.

• High-level proficiency in English
