We are looking for a talented, passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to join us.


What you'll work on?

  • Acts as a point of contact for the employees and managers in the different business units
  • Collaborating with managers to lead an insightful HR strategy
  • Provide HR Partnership to employees at all levels to allow professional HR support and advisory
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes throughout the employee lifecycle: Onboarding of new employees, employee relations, performance & talent management, training and development and special projects
  • Be responsible for performance management, talent advisory, leadership assessment, workforce planning including recruitment planning
  • Actively shaping our organizational culture and values
  • Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions

Who you are?

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree
  • Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Proactive & able to multitask and prioritize independently
  • Communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong Business Insight
